You can either select any gift box design from our Pre-designed gifts or contact us to explore your options for branded boxes, custom-printed materials, custom gift wrapping and alternate merchandise selections.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
INQUIRY
Send us a message. We need as much details as possible: deadline, number of gifts, your budget , what kind of personalization you are looking for and where you want your gifts to be shipped/delivered
COMMUNICATION
Within 24 hours we will get back to you and let you know if we are ready to fulfill the order. We will discuss gifts design, customization options (fully customized or pre-designed), your budget and shipping options (single or multiple addresses)
PROPOSAL
For customized gifts*, we will create an initial gift design concept for your review and will ask you to pay 25% of the total invoice amount before work begins on the project. For pre-designed gifts, no actions required at this step

FEEDBACK & EDITS
We will collaborate on design revisions until you are completely satisfied with the result
FULFILLMENT
Once the invoice has been paid in full, we will get started on your gifts. Production time varies depending on the project (for more details, see below)
SHIPPING
We will pack the gifts to perfection, and send them straight to your recipients doorstep (or office). We will handle all aspects of coordination, shipping/delivery and keep you up-to-date on the delivery status
